Real estate · inheritances, insolvency and direct purchase

A direct buyer for your property.

We buy properties with our own capital and no intermediaries. You talk to the people who decide, and we answer within 78 hours.

Confidential: only we will see your details and documents.

Four situations

Every property comes to us for a different reason

Whichever yours is, the approach is the same: direct, clear and with no intermediaries.

  • Inheritances

You have inherited a property and you don’t want to, or can’t, keep it. We buy it directly, with our own capital and no intermediaries, and we study each situation.

  • Insolvency and institutions

Assets from insolvency proceedings or from financial institutions. If you are an insolvency administrator, a servicer or an institution, you talk directly to whoever decides.

  • Direct sale

You want to sell your property without intermediaries. We buy it ourselves, with our own capital, and you talk directly to whoever decides.

  • Assets with potential

You have a building or a unique asset with potential for transformation or for gaining value. We study it with a long-term view.

What we buy

From a flat to a whole building

Mainly in the Valencian Community, and we study options across Spain.

  • Homes

Flats and houses, vacant, let or inherited.

  • Commercial premises

Commercial premises and premises for other uses.

  • Industrial units

    Industrial units and warehouses.

  • Buildings

Whole buildings, or ones with several homes and premises.

  • Land and plots

Land and plots, urban or rural.

  • Unique assets

Properties with a character of their own or with potential for transformation.

Agile operations

You talk to the people who decide

We buy with our own capital and we decide ourselves: no intermediaries in between and no chain of people to go through.

  • We buy ourselves, with our own capital
  • One conversation, directly with whoever decides
  • If it doesn’t fit, we tell you straight away

78hours

That is how long we take to answer you, also if the answer is no.

It depends on how precise the information you give us is: the better we understand it, the sooner and the better we can answer.

How we buy

Four steps, from your message to an offer

Every property has its own pace; this is the sequence.

  1. 1

    Someone who decides reads it

Your message doesn’t go through an intermediary: the person who makes the decision reads it.

  2. 2

    We call you

We answer within 78 hours, also if the answer is no. We talk about the property and what you are looking for.

  3. 3

    Visit and figures

We visit the property and work out the figures with the documents you have sent us.

  4. 4

    Written offer

If it fits, we present a written offer for you to study at your own pace. If it doesn’t, we tell you.

Documents

What helps us answer you

A few lines are enough to start. If you have any of this to hand, the answer will be more precise and will reach you sooner.

  • Land registry extract and deeds

If you have them to hand, attach them: they help us understand the case.

  • Location

The address or, if you have it, the cadastral reference.

  • Condition and situation

What state it is in, and whether it is vacant, let, part of an undivided estate, in insolvency or with charges.

  • Photos and plans

If you have them, they let us get an idea before the visit.

Before you write

What owners ask us

Do you buy inherited properties?

Yes. We study properties that come from inheritances. Tell us how things stand and, if you have the land registry extract, attach it.

Does it matter what situation the property is in?

We study each case: vacant, let, with charges, part of an undivided estate, in insolvency or held by an institution. Tell us which one yours is and we will see what can be done.

What kind of properties do you buy?

Homes, commercial premises, industrial units, buildings, land and plots, and unique assets or ones with potential for transformation. If yours is something else, tell us anyway.

Are there intermediaries in between?

No. We buy directly, with our own capital, and you talk to the person who decides.

What documents do I need to send?

To start, a few lines about the property are enough. If you have the land registry extract, deeds, photos or plans to hand, attach them: the more precise the information, the sooner and the better we can answer you.

Do you buy outside the Valencian Community?

We focus mainly on the Valencian Community, but we study options across Spain.

Do you work with lawyers, insolvency administrators or agents?

Yes. We talk to inheritance lawyers, insolvency administrators, servicers, estate agents and other institutions, with the same direct approach as with owners.

If you’d rather talk

A coffee, a call or an email

However suits you best. We’re in the centre of València and we travel wherever the property is.
